Job Description:
We are a fast paced internet website selling access control equipment This position is responsible for supporting the billing dept.
by assisting in the following areas:
shipping out orders and billing orders that are shipped.
Inventory management and ordering, contacting customers concerning the status of their orders.
Essential Functions:
Maintain up-to-date billing systems, generate sales orders Place and follow up on, purchase orders Monitor customer pending orders keeping customers informed on the status of their order Research and resolve shipment discrepancies Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
Investigate and resolve customer shipping queries Receive daily shipments Assist with month-end closing in shipping department Education &
Experience:
Knowledge of shipping by mail, FedEx, UPS, and LTL Freight Proficient with Quickbooks or we are willing to train Minimum 3 years shipping receiving experience Requirements:
Attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal and written communication skills & organizational skills Information management Problem analysis and problem solving skills Team member Job Type:
