Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer service solutions.
The position requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with new customers.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for the sales process from initial contact with a prospective customer through the acquisition of a current customer.
The position will require the ability to present, promote, and sell services to a variety of different customers in a variety of different situations using negotiation and presentation skills.
The position will also require the ability to write proposals and reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of sales within a business-to-business setting.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer service solutions.
Contact prospects in a professional manner, both in person and over the phone, to begin the sales process.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to business customers.
Write proposals and reports.
Negotiate prices with all customers.
Manage time spent in sales activities within given time frame.
Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
Follow up with all prospects that came through the sales process in a timely manner.
Ensure all sales activities are completed in an efficient manner within required time frame.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
