Currently they are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating construction projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.

The Property Accountant's responsibilities include but are not limited to producing the rent
CAM billings, performing CAM reconciliations, processing recurring and non-recurring accounts payable invoices, the production and distribution of both recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for enterprise help assets, and other duties as assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProducing Tenant billings (Rent, CAM, Billbacks/TIs, Etc.
)Collecting and reconciling Tenant Sales ReportsCAM reconciliationsCollectionsProducing reporting (Tenant Ledgers, Collections/Receivables, Rent Rolls, Etc.
)Managing, reviewing, and coordinating property taxes and insurance billings for the assetsWorking with Property management team to route, approve and process payables.
Provide Excellent Customer Service to Tenants and Team membersAssist when needed with hospitality and construction accountingOther duties as assigned by Management as neededREQUIREMENTS2
years property accounting experienceKnowledge of property management-specific accounting duties (CAMs/Billbacks).
