Responsibilities:
Ensure all sales transactions are appropriately processed, and customer information is up to date Persuasively upsell services that best meet the customer's needs and assist in achieving sales targets Bring a bright and inviting energy to each customer interaction and assist them with finding the best products and services Overcome customer issues and resolve any questions they may have professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Become knowledgeable on all company processes, procedures, and products to property provide customers with the best experience possible Take the extra mile to engage customers Entry Level Customer Relations Representative Requirements:
Outstanding interpersonal relationship and oral communication skills Ability to achieve tasks within a specific turnaround time Ability to work effectively in situations characterized by continual change High school diploma required Previous customer service, sales, and client relations position is preferred Excellent communication, presentation & problem-solving skills Patient and empathetic in challenging situations Job Type:
